Transferred money to my sisters e-mail address. Zelle automagically placed it into another account that isn't hers because her e-mail address is on that account.
Bank says nothing they can do because they ask you to verify e-mail address. Do they tell me what Bank and account they are going to credit? No! How am I suppose to know.
Will never use Zelle again. I am not sure Wells Fargo and Chase are any better since they were the sender and receiver of this transfer and they offer no options. It's my fault for not knowing that they e-mail was registered with another account. Why do I need 100 words to express my frustration?
My daughter warned me about Zelle. I should have listened.
