I sent money from my US Bank personal account to my Wells Fargo joint account. The funds were deducted from my US Bank account immediately, but Wells Fargo hasn't received the funds.

I called Wells Fargo customer service after 30 min and having to speak to a Customer Svc Mgr. She was able to find the Zelle transaction and stated that Sells can take up to 2 business days to deposit the money.

Zelle advertise that it transfer money within minutes, but it only transfer within minutes within the same banking institution. Zelle is a waste of time!!!!!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Zelle has no control over how fast Wells Fargo accepts and processes the payment. I have been using it for almost 2 years now.

I have transferred and received funds from Capital One Bank, Chase, State Farm CU, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. State Farm took about 4 hours to process, Wells Fargo took a little over a day to process. The other Banks took under 10 minutes.

So your problem isn't Zelle. It's Wells Fargo.

I havent gotten myvmy money yet in my capital one account and the person sent it on. July 11th from Navy Federal Credit Union
