I have never used your company before and I have never had anything take the entire day and I haven't received my money yet I received an email at 12:50 p.m. stating my money should take up to 10 hours at the most I still have not received the money I was supposed to send money back to verify that my transaction is verified how am I supposed to send money back when I never received it

Trying to open up an account, needed to reach a customer service rep as account is locked. Option I chose sent me to a pre-recorded message and hung up on me. Not helpful at all.

My zelle is not working

Please, I would like to see changes made to enable me to send or receive more.I've had zelle for at least 5yrs, and I've not been able to send or receive more than $1000. I'm not sure if it's because of my bank or its Zelle.

Could not get money customer sent to me

Zelle customer service won't service money sent to me through my online bank account if I is my bank and not Zelle"s stand alone app. And my bank TD, otherwise a good bank, can't help me get my money back that was sent to me through Zelle. It disappeared because although Zelle was fully set up and functional on my bank account, somehow it still wasn't fully registered, so the money someone sent to me, went back to them, and no one can tell me how to contct the party that sent me the money to get them to resend the money to me. Zelle is a scam. Don't use it. There are too many glitches, and they will not help you get your money back. No one can help you. Your own bank can't help you. You can't get Zelle on the phone, and your own bank that wants you to use Zelle can do nothing to help you if there is a real problem and you lose your money. People should go to Zelle's corporate office in Arizona and take care of business. Then Zelle might provide better service service service.
